Step 2. Step 3. Under AR atmosphere in the Universe 24-40-750 glovebox, use SCO tape to tear a GaTe layer, about 6-8mm thickness, from the surface material of the GaTe blocks with a brighter and less damaged surface. Step 4. Under AR atmosphere in the Mirena 2440-750 glovebox, the Sko with GaTe sheets were bonded and removed several times until there was no more brightness on the tape and a dense GaTe layer several hundred nanometers thin was attached.
