The fcmn conference 2022 is an international forum for scientists and engineers interested in all aspects of the characterization technology needed for nanoelectronic materials and devices research, development, and manufacturing. It covers all approaches, including chemical, physical, electrical, magnetic, optical, in-situ and real-time control and monitoring techniques.

Featuring new technologies and bringing together leaders from academia, industry, government, and military laboratories; the fcmn conference 2022 provides an opportunity for participants to share their research with their peers and get feedback on their work in a supportive atmosphere. In addition to keynote and plenary talks, the conference features workshops, poster sessions, and exhibitions.

Speakers include Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, author and women’s rights activist; Beatrice Eyong, United Nations Women Representative to Nigeria and Economic Community of West Africa States (ECWA); Tosin Oshinowo, director, CmDesign Atelier; and Hawwah Gambo, journalist and 2023 House of Representative candidate in Lagos State. The conference will also celebrate women’s inclusion as a prerequisite for sustainable national development and galvanise action for its implementation.

Conference attendees will be exposed to cutting-edge research and technologies in the areas of characterization and metrology for nanoscale electronics, including new advances in electron microscopy, X-ray spectroscopy, X-ray imaging, and acoustic resonance. The conference will feature invited presentations as well as posters, and will cover topics related to semiconductors, sensors, and nanoelectronics.

The speakers will also offer practical tips for nonprofits looking to leverage new technologies and improve their fundraising strategies. This event is presented by Brave North Technology, a Minnesota-based technology firm that partners with nonprofits to develop and manage their technology systems to support their missions.
