You can obtain pure aluminum nitride-free products by heating hydrogen in a mixture with aluminum and smokeblack. For 2 to 3 hours, this calcination is performed at 18001900. After the preparation is complete, the prepared product will be ground again and then calcined once more at the temperature above.
